Frequently
asked questions
Answers to what we’re asked most about our rugs, materials, certifications and warranty.
Do you manufacture or only distribute rugs and carpets?
We are manufacturers. We operate more than 86,000 ft² of our own facilities where we produce rugs and carpets using several weaving techniques (Flatweave, Wilton, Handtuft and Robotuft). This lets us control the whole process and guarantee the highest quality in every piece.
Where can your rugs and carpets be installed?
Anywhere in the world. Our specialist crews travel to carry out professional installation on residential, corporate, hospitality or aviation projects.
Can I order a fully custom design?
Yes. We offer total customization. From a sketch, logo, idea or reference, we develop a unique proposal adapted to your preferred materials, colors, textures and dimensions — and it can start from one of the 27 models in our collections.
What materials do you use?
Top-quality fibers: local virgin wool and natural silk, plus sustainable, recycled and recyclable options, lyocell, bamboo and technical polyamide 6.6. Every material is selected for durability, comfort and aesthetics.
Are your rugs sustainable?
We partner with local farms to source regional wool, cutting the carbon footprint. We incorporate recycled and recyclable materials in many products and optimize processes to reduce water and energy use.
Which certifications do you hold?
International certifications tied to the aviation and textile sectors — EN 1307 Class 33 and EN 13501-1 Bfl-S1 fire reaction for hotel & contract — guaranteeing the most demanding standards of safety, durability and wear. For marine and aviation, certificates are issued per production lot.
How should your rugs be maintained?
With a basic care guide (regular vacuuming, immediate stain treatment, periodic rotation) and, if you wish, our specialist professional cleaning service for delicate fibers such as wool or silk.
What does your warranty cover?
All our rugs and carpets carry an international warranty covering manufacturing defects, material durability and fidelity to the approved design, provided they have been used and maintained correctly.
Do you work on contract projects?
Yes. We serve hotels, offices, retail, museums, theaters, marine and aviation. Large-scale solutions with custom designs and materials built for intensive use.
